The chalet " La Tanière " is an alpine chalet built about 200 years ago.

In winter it is about 15 mins on foot from Arc 1600. Access is easy (there is a road in summer and in winter it is on the resort return ski-run and therefore the snow is well compacted). It is accessible on skis using the ski lifts. It is located at the intersection of the Gollet and Chemin des Espagnols ski-runs.

In summer access is by a tarmac road (except for the last 100 metres). On arrival at Arcs, follow the signs to Arc 1800, then take the first road on the left toward the pointed chalets, go past the tennis courts (Chalet La Bise Aigue), through the pointed chalets neighbourhood and when the tarmac road ends turn right and the chalet is below you.
Vehicles can be parked near the chalet.
The chalet is 100 metres from the tennis club and 300 metres from the riding centre.
It is divided into 3 apartments:
a 210m2 apartment that sleeps 14 on the upper ground floor,
a 110m2 apartment that sleeps 10 on the lower ground floor,
a 30m2 apartment on the lower ground floor that is not available to rent
Each apartment has its own separate entrance at ground level.
